Safe Handling of Firearms
Location: Hawkeye Rifle and Pistol Club Indoor Range
6217 Mitchell Street, Sioux City. IA 51111 (by the airport)
March 14, 2026 - One day class that covers Handguns
Starting at 1:00 PM (Class runs approx 3 hrs)
Practical Shooting at the end of class
Open to anyone that wants to learn about Firearms and Safe Handling of Firearms
Cost of each class is $20.00 per person – Cash or Check
Youth Starting at 12 yrs old have to be accompanied by a parent or guardian up to the age of 17 yrs old.

You will need a handgun and ammunition. (Approx 50 rounds) Bring along the owners manual for your handgun. If you do not have a handgun, for a extra fee one can be provided.
You will need eye and hearing protection. If you do not have these items they can be provided.
